- Bryony Nowell (copy editor)
- Kate Brunt at Hodder and her colleagues who have all been brilliant putting the book together
- Ami Smithson of Cabin London (designer)
- Debi Treloar (photographer)
- Polly Wilson-Webb (stylist)

Finally, thank you to those who have already bought the book and have given such wonderful, encouraging feedback, if you buy a copy do drop in here on Scandilicious and let me know what you think!

Looks delicious! I’m a recent transplant to Sweden and have become more and more enamored of Scandinavian cooking. The cookbook looks like it has some delicious recipes in it!
All best!

That blueberry tart looks superb – I must bake it! Reminds me of all the berries I bought at the market in Helsinki last year.
Will the book be available in any independent book shops in London? I’m trying to do better at supporting them.
Happy Publication Day!

Sig – I’ve got a copy of your book on my desk at work and I can’t stop looking at it. It’s gorgeous and clearly a lot of work and thought went into it – love Debbie’s photos too. Congratulations. K x
Thank you Katy, how kind of you to drop in and say so! Debi did an amazing job with the photos, hope you’ll enjoy cooking a recipe or two from the book. Sig xx
50% Danish through my mum, I’m an avid collector of Scandinavian cookbooks and bought yours as soon as it came out. The recipes are great but I’d love to know if it’s possible to buy the mug and teapot shown in the cover photos – I have a huge collection of reindeer items and would love to add those! Thanks
Hi Judith, many thanks for dropping in and so pleased you like the book. I’ve tracked down the source for those pretty mugs and teapot you mentioned and they’re vintage Crown Devon. Your best bet for sourcing them is apparently EBay: http://popular.ebay.co.uk/pottery-porcelain-glass/crown-devon.htm hope that helps! Signe x
Hello Signe
Thank you so much for the information. I’ve already found the pieces on e-bay and will be buying some as soon as I figure out how to set up an account! I suspect my collection will grow rapidly for a while! Thanks again

As an avid Scandophile I was delighted to pick this up at the Hay-On-Wye festival recently. I’m about to have anchovies on toast with boiled eggs – inspired!
